One of your 200 HR conversations this year is a $200K lawsuit. You just don't know which one yet.
Last year, 88,531 EEOC charges started in meetings just like yours, and cost companies $200,000 each to defend.
Generic AI notetakers won't catch it. They weren't built to.
Haven was. It flags the legal risk live, cites the law, and writes a record you can defend six months later.

The coach in the room, giving you the feedback loop senior HR leaders never get.
Your coach only knows what you remember to tell them. They didn't hear the pause that lasted too long or the moment you redirected well.
Haven did. After every conversation, it shows you the moves that landed, the moments you missed, and the exact sentences it's reacting to.
Grounded in real coaching frameworks, Haven is the feedback loop you can't get from anyone who wasn't in the room.
Confidential. Because it has to be.
Every other notetaker is built to be shared. Haven is built to remain confidential.
Your report is yours. It does not auto-forward, auto-share, or auto-anything. You decide if your team, your HRBPs, or your counsel ever see it.
Because the report has compliance flags and coaching insights and disclosures inside it that were never meant to leave your hands.

The conversations Haven was built for.
Performance & Calibration
Feedback that has to be specific, documented, and consistent across employees. Haven catches the moments when language drifts from constructive to patterned.
Accommodation requests
The disclosures that trigger ADA, PWFA, and FMLA obligations even when the employee never says the word. Haven flags the moment, cites the regulation, and tells you what's required next.
Investigation interviews
The conversations where every word matters and the record has to hold up. Structured, searchable, and confidential by design.
Exit conversations
The themes, escalation risks, and constructive-discharge signals that show up across multiple exits before anyone connects them. Haven sees the pattern.
Career conversations
Growth, mobility, and retention conversations where the manager's framing decides whether someone stays. Haven captures what was agreed and flags the legal obligations around protected leave, pay transparency, and internal mobility.
Manager 1:1s
The conversations where HR coaches managers on how to handle their teams. Haven gives you a record of the coaching, and a coaching debrief on how you delivered it.
Haven was built by HR practitioners, not by engineers guessing.
The team behind Haven spent careers in HR before they spent them in tech. Sharthok ran people teams for 8 years. The product team includes former CHROs, HRBPs, and employment law experts.
Every flag Haven raises, every coaching insight it gives, every report it structures was shaped by someone who has sat in your chair.
That's the difference between an AI that learned HR from the internet and one that learned it from the work.
How Haven compares.
Your data stays yours. Certified.
HR conversations are sensitive. We treat them like it — with the same standards trusted by the most regulated industries on earth.

Questions you might have.
Who sees the reports?
You. Only you, by default. Haven does not auto-share reports with the other meeting participants, your team, or your company's IT. You decide if your HRBPs, your counsel, or anyone else ever sees a report, and which parts.
Does Haven give legal advice?
No. Haven surfaces compliance signals and cites the underlying federal and state regulations so you and your counsel can move faster and with more context. Final legal decisions remain with your counsel.
Does the other person in the meeting know Haven is there?
Yes. Haven joins as a visible participant in the meeting, just like a human notetaker would. You retain full control over when it joins and when it doesn't.
Does Haven comply with my company's data privacy obligations?
Yes. Haven is SOC 2 compliant. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not train AI models on your meeting data. We comply with GDPR and US state privacy laws including CCPA.
What happens to my data?
Your data belongs to you. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to train models. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Does Haven work with Zoom, Meet, and Teams?
Yes. Haven works with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. You can also upload transcripts directly if your meeting happened on another platform.
Is Haven really free? What's the relationship to Klaar?
Yes, Haven is free for individual HR leaders. Haven is built by Klaar, the AI-native performance management platform. We're giving Haven away because we want HR leaders to experience the standard Klaar sets. When you're ready for the full Klaar platform, you'll already know us.
Does Haven cover my state?
Yes. Haven covers federal employment law plus state-specific variations across all 50 US states.
Can my employer override my settings or access my reports?
No. Your reports are yours. Your employer cannot view, override, or access them unless you choose to share. If you leave your company, your account and reports stay with you.
Is Haven only for HR teams?
Haven is built for HR, People Ops, Employee Relations, and managers handling sensitive employee conversations. The product is calibrated for that work. It would be a poor fit for sales calls or engineering standups.
Who sees the reports?
You. Only you, by default. Haven does not auto-share reports with the other meeting participants, your team, or your company's IT. You decide if your HRBPs, your counsel, or anyone else ever sees a report, and which parts.
