Contact Your Success Manager
Reach out directly via the phone number or email provided to you.

Email Support
Send your query to support@klaarhq.com using the same email linked to your Klaar login.

In-App Chat
Use the chatbot at the bottom-right corner of your screen (visible when you're logged in).

What Happens After You Reach Out

  • If you have a Service Level Agreement (SLA) in place, you’ll receive a response as per that agreement.
  • If no SLA is defined, our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
